At ZEYASUBI, we want you to feel confident that you’re getting the best possible price when shopping with us. If you find the same product offered at a lower price by another authorized UK retailer, we’ll match it.

Eligibility Requirements

A price match can be requested if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item being compared must be identical in size, color, style, brand, and specifications.

  • The retailer offering the lower price must be a legitimate, authorized UK seller (online or in-store).

  • The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the time of the request.

  • The request must be submitted before checkout, or within 7 days after your purchase from ZEYASUBI.

Please provide:

  • A link to the competitor’s product page or screenshot of the advertisement

  • Your ZEYASUBI order number (if you already purchased)

Our support team will review the request and confirm eligibility.

Excluded Situations

Price matching does not apply to:

  • Clearance, sale, or liquidation pricing

  • Used, damaged, refurbished, or open-box products

  • Prices requiring memberships, discount codes, coupons, or loyalty points

  • Flash deals, seasonal promotions, or timed “lightning sales”

  • Listings from auction sites or marketplace sellers (e.g., eBay, Amazon Marketplace, Craigslist)

  • Misprints, pricing errors, or fraudulent ads

Refunds for Price Differences

If your purchase qualifies for a price match after purchase, we will refund the difference to your original payment method within 7 business days.
